    Technical Project Manager (Scrum Lead) - Ad Platforms
    Hybrid Role - Santa Monica, CA or Seattle, WA


    Description:
    The Scrum Lead plays a key role in managing technical deliverables in the Advertising Platforms sector from inception to completion.
    • Directly oversees technology tasks using Agile and Scrum methodologies, collaborating with various technical teams to efficiently provide business solutions.
    • Demonstrates a wide range of leadership skills, project management experience, and effective communication abilities.
    • Manages delivery using technology processes, tools, and frameworks while handling scope, time, cost, risks, and communications.
    Day to day:
    • Accountable for driving the execution and completion of software development deliverables.
    • Utilizes Agile and Scrum expertise to guide teams towards successful outcomes.
    • Handles risks and issue resolutions, conducting team ceremonies and workshops efficiently.
    • Fosters a positive team culture, resolves conflicts, and ensures timely, within-budget delivery of quality solutions.
    • Provides clear and frequent communication to leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
    • Communicates complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Basic qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Lead, with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
    • 5+ years of project management experience in software development.
    • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scaled-Agile methods, and the software development lifecycle.
    • Proficiency in project management tools relevant to the business/project area.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience in media technology environments.
    • Knowledge of ad tech domain or a willingness to learn about technology-based engineering fields.
    • Project management certifications are a plus.
