    We are on the lookout for a Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at our Burlington, VT location.

    We are seeking individuals who are not only dedicated to their profession but also passionate about delivering top-notch pharmaceutical care to our valued customers.

    Typically 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (e.g., 8:00 am - 8:00 pm)


    Responsibilities:

    • Register with the state board of pharmacy as either a supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
    • Maintain the pharmacy's pliance with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and pany policies.
    • Oversee the entire operation of the pharmacy department to achieve financial goals, including budget management, payroll, thirdparty administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
    • Actively participate in business development activities both within the store and the wider munity.
    • Manage pharmacy support personnel functions within the pharmacy department, including performance evaluation and review.
    • Provide guidance and training to pharmacy associates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and pany policies.
    • Ensure pletion of all required pany training by pharmacy associates.
    • Participate in patientcentered services such as immunization, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs.
    • Offer counseling to patients and medical providers on drug usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects, while monitoring patient health and progress to ensure pliance and optimize therapies.
    • Maintain involvement in continuous quality improvement programs to enhance patient safety.
    • Utilize professional judgment to deliver exemplary service within the pharmacist's scope of practice.
    • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and department facilities according to pany standards at all times.
    • Fulfill continuing education requirements as mandated by state law.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Vermont pharmacist license.
    • Immunization certification (Required).
