Production Supervisor Job Duties

  • Planning the production schedule
  • Managing the production team, including hiring, training, and crosstraining.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by accurately completing necessary documentation.
  • Troubleshooting issues with processes, equipment, or machinery
  • Minimizing production downtime and ensuring timely shipment of products.

Schedule:


  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday Friday / Saturday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM

Salary:

- $28.85/hour + annually

Production Supervisor Requirements:


  • Ability to plan production schedules and ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Capability to assess production issues swiftly and determine the best solutions.
  • Capacity to identify manufacturing process problems promptly and take appropriate action.
  • Aptitude to make quick and informed decisions under pressure, considering all available information
