- Leading the development of POCs, Pilots, and full-scale production products
- Researching and exploring new technologies and envisioning their impact on Fidelity, its businesses, and customers
- Assisting incubators in prioritizing POCs, Pilots, and full-scale production products
- Solving complex problems with a willingness to start projects without having all the answers upfront
- Innovating on processes and leveraging blockchain to improve business processes and create new opportunities
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience driving business results in private equity investing across various domains
- Experience in developing products using blockchain ledger/tokenization and smart contract technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field

The Role
This position will lead product development within one of the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT) new product and technology incubators, focusing on innovative strategies, experiments, and tactics to help incubators leverage cutting-edge technology and human-centered design. This role requires a skilled leader who is passionate about being part of a team that conceives, proposes, designs, and builds disruptive products for Fidelity and the industry.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The Team
This role reports to FCAT's Head of Product Management to develop products and services leveraging Blockchain and Distributed Ledger technology. Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT) aims to drive innovation for Fidelity and its clients, supporting all Fidelity business areas. Within FCAT, a team is exploring how Blockchain technology can disrupt current businesses and create new opportunities for products and services. The team comprises software engineers, researchers, designers, product managers, security, and compliance experts working on various initiatives.
The salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year, with placement based on responsibilities, location, experience, and other factors. Compensation includes benefits, bonuses, and variable pay opportunities.
