What You'll Get to Do:
Own the search experience across mobile and web apps - creating product specs, working with UX and engineering to deliver data-driven solutions, and testing new product offerings globally
Own the launch of new promotional and rewards experiences for the company members, working with UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver an engaging, impactful member experience
Define and execute the short and long-term roadmap to meet critical revenue and conversion KPIs
Partner with business and marketing stakeholders to cross-sell ancillary products like damage waivers and liability insurance
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute tools and services needed for member communications ( email , in-app, push, etc.)
What You'll Bring with You:
5+ years of experience in software product management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience defining, owning, and delivering against a roadmap
Proactively identifying opportunities for revenue growth by working with stakeholders in analytics, marketing, and revenue management teams
Partners with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs, writing clear specs and user stories that articulate desired customer functionality
Obsesses member feedback, tracking and translating user input into actionable product features including supporting our User Research Team with NPS
Experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau along with product management tools such as JIRA, Roadmunk, Confluence, etc.
Demonstrated experience in A/B testing product features (prior e-commerce experience is a plus)Ability to formulate hypotheses backed by data queries using SQL, Python, or similar technologies
Excellent communicator in all formats, experience working directly with executives a plus
