- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product & Project Management

- Previous experience managing projects with budgets over $1M
- Position details:
- Take charge of all project activities, ensuring alignment among diverse teams
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project spreadsheet for change control, focusing on crucial milestones and checkpoints
- Closely collaborate with the China team, transition team, external partners, and senior management to ensure timely task completion
- Prior experience in managing projects for footwear, apparel, and accessories companies is advantageous
- Main responsibilities:
- Manage Project Scope: Define project requirements and scope in collaboration with sponsors and internal teams. Handle changes within scope and their impact on schedule, budget, and quality
- Oversee Project Schedule: Establish project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress against set schedule
- Control Project Costs: Assist in effort estimation, identify asset requisites, and track actual expenses versus forecasts
- Ensure Project Quality: Offer guidance on project methodology and best practices according to client standards. Define success criteria, monitor progress, and report on project achievement
- Manage Project Risks: Develop risk management plans, assess risk severity, likelihood, and consequences. Create risk mitigation plans, assign responsibilities, and implement actions
- Key qualifications:
- Extensive experience in project management for complex projects spanning over 8 years
- Proficient in project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Smartsheets
- Background in apparel, footwear, or textile industries
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
