    Basic Qualifications
    A successful candidate will have:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of professional experience
    • Demonstrated success in a role with similar responsibilities, for example in IT, in the private sector, or public policy/government (preferred)
    Additional Qualifications
    • Experience managing a software product including end-to-end product development and leading a team.
    • Experience with managing an application or product in a Salesforce environment or Salesforce administration.
    • Proven ability in both waterfall and agile product management and technology delivery methods. Understanding of agile milestones and ability to facilitate all aspects of the agile and/or waterfall methods of product management.
    • Ability to track all deliverables and accountabilities within Jira and other tracking tools.
    • Strategic thinker, adept at independently surfacing and evaluating problems accurately, even with incomplete information. Can drive progress on resolution with minimal oversight, displaying sound judgment, including measurement of risks and timely escalation.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, senior managers, front-line leaders and employees at all levels.
    • Ability to generate very strong product plans and build buy-in across the team, our government partners, and other contractors.
    • Ability to define a product objective, and logically reverse engineer the path and communications to achieve the objective.
    • Experience leading discussions to ascertain the needs of a business or agency and its users, and ability to capture and communicate integrated business and technology requirements using non-technical language.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs.
    • Experience with contract management and vendor interaction in delivering large-scale products or web services
