Exciting tasks that await you

  • You will work in project management for challenging construction projects and, together with experienced project managers, handle construction projects according to the complete scope of services of the AHO, from design to construction supervision and commissioning
  • You will coordinate the planning process as well as the planning and construction participants
  • You will control costs and deadlines and ensure the implementation of quality and user requirements, and act as a contact person for clients

Skills we are looking for

  • You have a degree in project management for construction, architecture, civil engineering, construction and real estate management, or a comparable degree
  • You have several years of professional experience in project management for construction projects, preferably through internships or vocational training
  • You have knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VgV, and experience with MS Project is an advantage
  • You are organized, have strong communication and persuasion skills, and think technically and economically
  • You have a self-sufficient, dedicated, and reliable work style
