With a fleet of over 15 aircraft and approximately 300 employees from 18 nations, FAI is one of the largest providers of General Aviation in Europe.

For our Operations-Sales team / Customer Service Center of the Air Ambulance Department at Albrecht-Dürer Airport in Nuremberg, we are currently looking for a full-time Dispatcher (Flight Service Advisor) (m/f/d) to start immediately or at the earliest possible date.

Shift work (3 shifts)

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of all preparations related to flight planning
  • Ensuring safe and punctual execution of flights
  • Precise route and flight planning (including for crisis areas)
  • Analysis of operational factors and restrictions on the flight route (e.g. closure of airspace)
  • Analysis of meteorological conditions at departure and arrival airports and along the planned flight route
  • Filing of the ATC flight plan
  • Compilation of all flight documents and briefing of the flight crew

Your profile:

  • Experience as a dispatcher, preferably also in the military
  • Strong team orientation, service competence and communication skills
  • Confident, friendly demeanor and enjoyment of working with
