The PLUSCARD GmbH, located in Saarbrücken and Homburg/Saar, provides extensive services for credit cards from Mastercard and Visa for savings banks and banks. Currently, over 400 employees are working at PLUSCARD and we are looking forward to new apprentices.


Your tasks include:

In the three-year apprenticeship as a merchant (m/f/d) for dialogue marketing, you will learn how to use professional communication techniques in telephone customer service.

You will gain insights into the various commercial departments of a modern company. This apprenticeship offers you the perfect entry into an attractive financial services company with very good chances of being hired.

What you bring:

  • At least a qualified secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Enjoyment of communication with people
  • Very good German language skills and dialect-free expression
