Managing a smooth production process (quality, quantity, and personnel planning)
Operating production machines, monitoring quality, and setting up
Sample production
Initiating, managing, and participating in repairs and maintenance work

Your profile:

Vocational training as a mechanic (process mechanic, industrial mechanic in production technology, or equivalent)
Additional training as an industrial foreman or technician is preferred
Professional experience as a machine setter, ideally with some leadership experience
