Description
Our client is a well-known industrial company located in Union Level, VA and is seeking talented individuals (m/f/d) to join their purchasing team.
Previous office experience is required, but purchasing experience is not necessary as your colleagues will guide you through all tasks gradually.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Placing orders in the customer system SAP
- Responsible for filing and organizing system
- Obtaining quotes and maintaining records
- Responding to supplier inquiries regarding orders
- Invoice verification
- Handling reminders
Our requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
- Reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness
