What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process across target groups, from defining job requirements to onboarding
  • You will create job postings and post them on various platforms
  • You will conduct phone interviews, virtual and inperson interviews, and act as a sparring partner for hiring managers
  • You will support the development of futureoriented and target grouporiented recruiting strategies and further expand active sourcing (LinkedIn, Xing) and the talent pool
  • You will work together with the team and various internal stakeholders to develop the employer branding strategy and employer value proposition of the group
  • You will create, coordinate, and implement internal and external effective employer branding measures such as university marketing, apprentice events, internal newsletters, to make our company an attractive employer brand
  • You will be responsible for our external career website and social media platforms and continuously develop them
Requirements

What should you bring?

  • You ideally have a degree in business or psychology and have professional experience in operational recruiting
  • You have a sense for recruiting trends and knowledge in developing recruiting processes and standards
  • You are a communication expert on all hierarchy levels, a good networker, and enjoy using recruiting tools
  • You are characterized by initiative, a high level of empathy, a structured way of working, and openness to new topics
  • You have experience in active sourcing
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, as well as a high level of creativity
