    We're partnered with a growing wholesaler of telecommunications devices in the DFW area and they're looking to bring their first-ever Accountant on staff This is a wonderful opportunity to work with the CEO of a company creating and implementing accounting processes and procedures within the company operations. HOWEVER, they are requiring this Accountant to have experience in the telecom wholesale industry since it's the first Accountant they're hiring. If that's you, I can't wait to talk to you

    The senior accountant will be responsible for month end close, including journals, reconciliations, reporting, as well as identifying issues and proposing solutions, standardizing processes and procedures with an efficiency mindset. Strong analysis and communication skills cross departments or teams.

    Responsibilities:

    · Full cycle accounting role including journals, reconciliations, reporting and problem solving.

    · Management of Standardize, document and communicate processes among financial, sales and warehouse teams.

    · Documentation of internal operating and control procedures.

    · Review processes, recommend improvements and participate in implementation of processes changes.

    · Assist with monthly and year end close and audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.

    · Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

    · Ad Hoc Projects.

    Must-haves:

    · Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or higher

    · 5+ years overall experience; 1+ year of telecom device wholesale experience

    Nice-to-haves:

    · Experience working with a R2, ISO 14001, and/or OHSAS 18001 certified company

    · CPA or CMA designation

    Salary range is $95,000 - $140,000
