- Accurately apply payments to the appropriate accounts in various billing systems and/or General Ledger accounts
- Balance all posted amounts to check and batch amount; troubleshoot as necessary; resolve any out-of-balance conditions
- Research difficult Remittance Advices for resolution to avoid posting to the misapplied cash accounts
- Review payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Verify transactions of deposits
- Reconcile deposits and payments
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Generate daily accounts receivable reports
- Maintains strictest confidentiality
- minimum of two (2) years proven work experience in Accounts Receivable is required
- Ability to work with people in time sensitive and critical situations

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Palm Beach Gardens location.
