Your tasks will include:

Ensuring complete, timely and orderly recording of all business transactions in the area of accounts receivable in accordance with legal and corporate guidelines
Processing and posting of invoices, recurring entries, credit notes and other receivables
Clarification and processing of incoming payments, credit notifications and returned direct debits
Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts receivable
Conducting the dunning process
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements

We expect:

Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in accounting
Particularly in accounts receivable and proficient in SAP R/3 FI
Knowledge of HGB and IFRS/US-GAAP
Good MS Office skills
Structured and independent way of working
Reliability and loyalty
Good communication skills
High level of selforganization and ability to handle stress
