    Description


    Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery parts in the Raleigh area who is looking for a CNC Machinist.

    This is a direct hire opportunity working 2nd shift Monday through Friday.


    Responsibilities:

    • CNC Machinist will operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
    • Machinist will fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical instruments
    • Machinist will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment
    • Machinist will utilize precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges
    • Machinist will read and interpret instructions and drawing such as blueprints and geometric tolerances

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have knowledge of operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills
    • Candidates must at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in machine shop environments
    • Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
    • Candidates must have experience using precision measuring equipment
    • Candidates must have knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machining procedures
    • Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $ $30.00 per hour

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • CNC Mills and Lathes: 3 years (Preferred)
    Machine Shop: 3 years (Preferred)

    Precision Measuring Equipment: 2 years (Preferred)

    Blueprint Reading: 2 years (Preferred)

    Geometric Tolerances: 1 year (Preferred)


    Ability to Relocate:

    • Raleigh, NC 27609: Relocate before starting work (Required)
