    Description

    Details:
    Our client is a leading automation and robotics solutions provider based out of Zebulon.

    They are looking for a talented CNC machinist to join their team and help with the setup, programming, and operation of CNC machines to ensure the efficient production of parts for industry-leading robotics and automation products.

    The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable programming CNC machines from scratch.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and schematics, and Develop CNC code programs for CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
    • Set up and run CNC milling machines to produce parts with high standards for quality and efficiency.
    • Execute quality assurance checks during and after machining process using precision measuring tools.
    • Manage and maintain tooling equipment to optimize process and ensure maximum productivity.
    • Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

    Job RequirementsDetails:
    Job Requirements- - 2+ years of experience with CNC programming.
    • Proven experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
    • Experience machining a wide variety of materials.
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and exercise critical thinking/problem solving skills.
