Description
We are currently seeking a
Practice Instructor (m/f/d) for our nursing home "Friedenshöhe" in Radeburg, Port Vue, PA. The position is for 32 hours per week and is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting professional, comprehensive and planned care
  • Managing nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring quality of care and care processes
  • Advising and supporting residents, family members and visitors
  • Mentoring trainees during practical training

Requirements:


  • Degree as a nursing professional, geriatric nurse, health and nursing professional or equivalent
  • Degree as a practice instructor or willingness to undergo training
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of geriatric care
  • Proficient in using nursing process instruments
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent and dementia patients
  • Resilience, commitment and teamwork skills
  • High social competence
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
