Join our team at the justice facility in
Zweibrücken, located in Mentasta Lake, AK

We are currently seeking a dedicated
Retail Trainer (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) for a fixed term of two years.

Compensation will be in accordance with the in-house collective agreement for qualification personnel.

The position is dependent on a positive approval/grant decision in the ongoing process.

Your main responsibilities:

You will design training and further education as an experience, teach specific training content and share your wealth of experience and expertise in a practical way.
As part of your responsibility for courses, you will monitor learning progress including during internships.
By assisting with the preparation and implementation of (final) exams, you will contribute to achieving the best possible results in your courses.
In addition, you will support us in optimizing training processes and developing our product portfolio.

Your qualifications:

You have completed vocational training in the retail sector and have a pedagogical additional qualification (e.g. suitability according to AEVO) or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have some experience in adult education.
For a position in the justice system, you have experience working with prisoners and can fully comply with mandatory security requirements.
Your extended certificate of good conduct according to § 30a of the Federal Central Register Act (BZRG) does not contain any entries.
