Project Management Duties will include :
·
Negotiate and buyout projects
·
Schedule subs and materials to jobs
·
Monitor job costs
·
Track and measure job quantities in conjunction with the Job Superintendent
·
Work with our customers to determine pay estimates
·
Resolve job related issues
·
Attend job meetings as required
Our Project Managers also take the lead on some job estimates. Estimating duties are about 1/3 of PM responsibilities. These include quantity take off, quote requests, crew development, apply productions etc., and be part of finalizing bids.
General:
This is a job that requires someone who enjoys a little pressure, can multi-task, is flexible and can handle the daily challenges of helping to manage a construction company.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
3+ years of experience in the Construction Management field, this can include past internship experience.
Experience with AutoCAD and strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
EIT or PE certification a plus but not required
Valid drivers license and good driving record
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary will be offered. We offer a full benefit package that includes health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Paid vacation and paid holidays and a generous 401k retirement savings plan are also offered. Full details of our benefit package will be made available to applicants. Work schedule is Day shift Monday to Friday.

Base Salary:
$80, $120,000.00 per year, depending on
experience.
An annual bonus is offered, amount depending on personal and company performance. A Company Vehicle or Vehicle allowance will be provided.
