    Position: Administrative Support and Training Intern

    Location: Surge Staffing HQ, Columbus, Ohio

    Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), On-Site

    Overview:

    We're seeking a motivated Administrative Support and Training Intern to join our team at Surge Staffing. In this role, you'll provide essential assistance to our Office Support, Branch Support, Online Support, and Training Support departments. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to delve into various aspects of administrative work and training processes within a dynamic, growing organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist teams across departments with daily tasks and responsibilities.
    • Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
    • Aid in the development and delivery of training materials and resources.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain practical experience.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • At least a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong facilitative, group process, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
