Job Summary

CAS Steel Erectors is a well-established family-owned Steel Erection Company. We have been in operation for 25 years and work mainly in the SE region of the country. Within the CAS Steel Organization there are no politics, and we are a transparent, straightforward company. We are in search of a knowledgeable, hardworking, experienced Project Manager with an understanding of steel erection specifically. You would be reporting to and working with the owners directly and considered a part of the Management team.

Responsibilities

Acting as the company representative on jobsites.
Pre-construction: Schedules of Values, Budgets, & Project schedules.
Communications with Fabricator and/or General Contractor.
Coordination with steel fabricator to track changes to drawings.
Oversee job-site inspections & safety issues.
Compliance with contract documents and discrepancies.
Read and understand drawings.
Prepare submittals that are required by contract drawings.
Handle RFI's, change orders & review the daily reports.
Report weekly on projects to company leadership.
Work as a team member.

Annual salary from 85K-100K commensurate with your experience/knowledge level.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years' experience and knowledge in steel projects management.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Trimble.
Be able to travel to jobsites and the main office as required.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $85, $100,000.00 per year
