Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an Experienced Construction Manager for Project Management. The ideal candidate has exceptional multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication skills, supervises through example and posseses a humble customer service demeanor. The leader we are recruiting takes ownership of the projects assigned and does what is needed to make sure our customers that turn to us for assistance are well taken care of. The individual will thrive in what can be a fast paced emergency service environment while remaining calm and precise with decision-making. Job Description:
Our Successful Project Managers are responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction projects. Our Project managers work hand in hand with subcontractors, resource providers and in-house team members to produce the approved scope of work for our clients.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5-7 Years Construction Management Experience.

Experience and Skill Set:

Previous Restoration construction management experience is a big plus

• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of industry building codes
