As a Human Resources Representative (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees in your area of responsibility.

Together with your colleagues, you will handle various personnel and labor law-related issues and support employees throughout their entire employment period.

What to expect:

Advising and supporting managers (m/f/d) and employees (m/f/d) on labor law matters
Ensuring quantitative and qualitative staffing needs are met
Managing all personnel activities from the start to the end of an employee's (m/f/d) contract
Independently coordinating and conducting the entire internal and external recruitment process
Implementing personnel measures while considering legal requirements
Managing workplace integration processes
Supporting areas of responsibility in implementing organizational changes
Conducting employee and conflict discussions
Building a constructive and trusting relationship with the works council
Taking on projects

What you bring:

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources management, or a similar field
Extensive professional experience in human resources management
Knowledge of labor and social
