We are currently seeking a Performance Controller (m/f/d) for our client, a well-known company in the transportation industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop and create budgets, forecasts, and mediumterm plans
  • Analyze performance data and relevant parameters, including ad hoc reporting and monthly closing processes
  • Revenue controlling in coordination with sales department and operational areas
  • Project work in implementing new software solutions related to controlling
  • Propose and implement improvements to personnel planning processes for various operational areas, in line with continuous improvement processes (CIP)
  • Analyze personnel and resource usage in a holistic view of resource planning, scheduling, and actual deployment; monitor and report on implemented optimization measures
  • Contribute to strategic optimization processes and the development of an internal reporting system in the finance department
  • Close coordination with other departments, such as HR, sales, and corporate controlling

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable education
  • Experience in project management and/or project leadership
  • Solid knowledge of controlling; experience in reporting, process and efficiency management
  • High level of independence, responsibility, initiative, and flexibility
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
