    The Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our organization.

    The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

    Your Impact

    Manage the full cycle recruitment process
    Establish and deliver effective sourcing methods to identify and attract top technical talent
    Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions
    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet hiring objectives
    Implement proactive strategies to address ongoing talent needs and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance recruitment strategies and processes
    Act as a thought partner and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment function and share knowledge with the broader HR team

    We're Looking For Someone Who

    Previous experience in a high growth, tech start up environment
    5+ years technical recruiting experience, specifically in software engineering
    Expert understanding of best-in-class recruitment processes, sourcing, tools, and methodologies
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    Expert level proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
    Proven track record for adaptability in an ever changing, fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/equivalent experience

    Salary range

    Salary Range:
    $135,000 to $160,000 USD per year.

    This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
