- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to support Agile Datapro's projects in Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions within Agile Datapro's technical teams.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers at Agile Datapro, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with data entry as needed to support Agile Datapro's recruitment efforts.
- Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve our recruiting processes and strategies, specifically tailored to Agile Datapro's needs as a Microsoft Cloud & AI partner.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in technical filed with proficiency in human resources, pshychology and related fields
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition, specifically in technical recruiting, within the context of Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
