What we need:


We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a minimum of seven years of experience, ideally with at least three years in a fast-paced start-up environment.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role with sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to fuel our company's growth and success.


What you'll do:


  • Lead endtoend recruitment efforts for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on best practices and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with a worldclass team of engineers, researchers, and scientists.
  • Shape recruiting best practices and company culture as we grow.

What we look for:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Proven track record in the last two years sourcing and hiring technical talent in AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering roles.
  • Passion for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams and managers.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

What you can expect from us:
This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, California, with three days in office.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is between
$131,000-$154,000.
