    Description
    Our client is looking for someone to join their team in a technical training and support role. More specifically, this person is responsible for service deployment and improvement (SDI). This individual should be flexible and enjoy wearing multiple hats in their role.

    As a SME of printer/copier hardware, this person is responsible for training and developing our clients new and current field technicians.

    This role involves heavy travel out in the field at different locations throughout the country. This individual will be assisting and developing new techs through on the job training.

    This will involve ride-alongs with different field technicians to be the eyes and ears that reports feedback at quarterly meetings.

    Along with the work in the field, this person will be accountable for developing, administering, and presenting comprehensive technical seminars to field service employees on all existing and future contracted products sold by our client.

    As an instructor, this individual will deliver content and allocate new field technicians with certifications for the clients internal products.

    This person must possess very strong communication skills and have the ability to present/teach to groups in a classroom setting.

    A+ or Microsoft Certified
    ITT Certification (Instructor Training Techniques)
    3+ years of experience providing hardware break/fix support on Copiers and Printers
    Previous experience conducting technical trainings OR interest being in a trainer role
    Proficient electro/mechanical aptitude
    Networking skills Remote services (CDS or CCA)
    Comfortable with heavy travel (80% +)
