Director of Nursing, Operational and Clinical Excellence - Philadelphia, United States - Delson Talent Consulting
Description
Director of Nursing, Operational and Clinical ExcellencePhiladelphia, PA
We are assisting our venture-backed, well-funded, home health client with hiring a Director of Nursing in the Philadelphia, PA area. The team is flexible on pay, as they are looking for a seasoned DoN from the home health space. This is a hybrid role - expect to spend 60-70% of your time working in-person with other staff members and families while the rest of the time allows for remote work.
Our Client's mission is to redefine care for the most vulnerable children. The healthcare system is failing special needs children, especially those from underserved homes. It's a struggle to find care, to afford care, and to receive the quality of care that they deserve.
Our Client is a start-up, currently in stealth mode and they are transforming home health for
special needs children from low-income families through purpose-built, thoughtful technology and a unique care model with parents at the core.
Our Client is well-funded by world-class investors and phenomenal digital health leaders of this decade. They're led by a founder who grew up on Medicaid (public insurance) and personally knows the desperation of not being able to afford medically-necessary care.
The Role
We're looking for a passionate Director of Nursing in Philadelphia to join our Client's leadership team. You'll supervise and continue to grow a clinical team of RNs, build robust operational processes to ensure optimal family experience and efficiency, contribute to a compassionate team culture, and set clinical practices to deliver the highest quality of care.
What You'll Do:
What makes our Client the home health provider of the 21st century:
