Job Description:


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Training for ongoing adjustments to the training curriculum as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in behavioral therapy.
  • Provide evaluations on required competencies throughout each scheduled training session.
  • Communicate with the recruiting team to indicate when BTs are ready to be staffed on cases.
  • Identify whether a BT meets criteria to move forward with the training process.
  • Travel to clients' homes and/or nearby clinic settings (if applicable) to assist BTs in the field.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to assess continued areas of need for the BT.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback based on required training competencies.
  • Partner with BCBA/RD as needed to communicate needs/progress of the BT.
  • Ensure all necessary training materials and supports are available for BTs.
  • Provide training reports to the training director on a biweekly basis.
  • Take initiative to identify areas of training where changes are needed to increase competency or decrease rates of referral for additional booster trainings on similar material.

$ $27.00 per hour
