Job Description:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Training for ongoing adjustments to the training curriculum as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in behavioral therapy.
- Provide evaluations on required competencies throughout each scheduled training session.
- Communicate with the recruiting team to indicate when BTs are ready to be staffed on cases.
- Identify whether a BT meets criteria to move forward with the training process.
- Travel to clients' homes and/or nearby clinic settings (if applicable) to assist BTs in the field.
- Perform quality assurance checks to assess continued areas of need for the BT.
- Provide written and verbal feedback based on required training competencies.
- Partner with BCBA/RD as needed to communicate needs/progress of the BT.
- Ensure all necessary training materials and supports are available for BTs.
- Provide training reports to the training director on a biweekly basis.
- Take initiative to identify areas of training where changes are needed to increase competency or decrease rates of referral for additional booster trainings on similar material.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
