As a
Compliance Officer you will be responsible to implement compliance policies and procedures throughout our nursing and HR departments to ensure that all processes are in compliance with the DOH regulations.


Compliance Officer Responsibilities and Requirements:


  • Implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments.
  • Monitor and address compliance issues.
  • Maintain HIPPA and DOH compliance
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management
  • Bilingual Spanish/English or Haitian-Creole/English preferred
