Care Manager Qualifications and Experience:

Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly detail oriented
Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word / Excel), and ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management
Multitask and handle competing priorities
Manage projects by establishing objectives, milestones, and creating presentations or other documents
Ability to work autonomously is critical, a selfstarter with the capacity to work efficiently and independently yet collaboratively
Healthcare experience preferred, homecare experience a plus
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
