Care Manager Qualifications and Experience:


  • Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word / Excel), and ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management
  • Multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Manage projects by establishing objectives, milestones, and creating presentations or other documents
  • Ability to work autonomously is critical, a selfstarter with the capacity to work efficiently and independently yet collaboratively
  • Healthcare experience preferred, homecare experience a plus
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
