- Ensure regular and consistent attendance.
- Uphold and administer all theatre policies.
- Train, develop, coach, and supervise non-management employees.
- Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre.
- Maintain required alcohol certification and training.
- Monitor risk management for employee and patron safety.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle all receipts accurately.
- Supervise theatre maintenance, marketing, and promotions of film engagements.
- Control costs and supervise inventory and auditing processes.
- Read and understand training materials on various subjects.

Job Title: Assistant Manager at Regal Theatres
Description: The Assistant Manager at Regal Theatres is a crucial role responsible for the smooth operation and supervision of the theater and its employees. Acting as a representative of Regal, the Assistant Manager ensures adherence to company policies and upholds the mission statement.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Assigned by the GM or other senior manager.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience. Completion of Cast Certification Program or potential leadership skills approved by VP.
Legal age to sell and serve alcohol if required.
Language Ability: Effective oral and written communication skills.
Math Ability: Perform calculations accurately and identify errors.
Reasoning Ability: Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Computer and Office Skills: Proficiency in PC platforms and basic office programs.
Personal Skills: Ability to interface effectively with customers and co-workers.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise employees, plan work, and resolve problems.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform various physical tasks.
