- Set up new vendors for corporate and branch locations
- Assist with the processing of corporate invoicing
- AP management reporting
- Audit and approve branch and corporate travel and expense reports
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to Branch and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Possess good computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer functionality
- Work well with others through all methods of communication
- Prepare ad hoc reporting to management when needed
- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable
- History working for a company of at least $500MM in revenue
- Must possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail required
- Effective communicator
- Self-starter and able to prioritize
- Experience with multiple locations
- Local to the KC Metro area
- Experience with the construction industry preferred
