    Description
    Sales Administrator

    As one of New England's leading spirits, wine and beer distributors, Horizon Beverage Group connects a network of makers, retailers and consumers across New England.

    Now in our fourth generation of family ownership, we employ more than 775 team members throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

    Tracks sales incentives and promotional effectiveness (Program payoffs) and spending metrics
    Handles supplier brand and fiscal tracking
    Creates and maintains supplier brand programs including data performance
    Manage supplier Accounts Receivable and communicate with supplier reps
    Prepare business performance reports as needed by GM
    Develops presentation materials for both internal/external use
    Able to research (internally & externally) and gather industry information/data
    May prepare meeting agendas and other communication materials
    Provide back-up support to the sales teams and other office personnel as needed
    Prior industry experience preferred and retail sales data analysis required
    Advanced Excel Skills
    Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced level proficiency within Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, V lookup, filters) and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
