    The main responsibilities of this role involve managing our current base of 2,000 business clients, growing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to accomplish the same.

    As you become proficient in training and guiding your team, you will have the opportunity to advance to the position of Agency Director by mastering our processes and systems.

    This position offers a weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes.
    • Coach and mentor new team members on current systems.
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.


    Exceptional supervisory and leadership abilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.·Adept at functioning in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.·Devotion to assisting people and building relationships.·Outstanding time management and organizational skills.·Experience in sales or customer service.·Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.·Community involvement is desired.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must possess a clean background and reliable transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression
