    Supporting Military Families – Achieve Balance – Make an Impact

    Established in 1998, MRG conducts Independent Medical Exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration.

    Position Overview

    • Are you a Licensed Psychologist holding a PsyD or Ph.D. interested in an assessment role?
    • Do you prefer Independent Medical Assessments over traditional patient care?
    • Do you find fulfillment in assisting the Veteran community?
    • Would you appreciate reviewing medical records and completing assessment questionnaires to aid Veterans?

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct medical assessments on U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

    In this role, you will review behavioral health records electronically via a secure Web Portal and conduct comprehensive assessments in person for each Veteran.

    You will also fill out Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

    The Licensed Psychologist DOES NOT determine disabilities. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, utilizing findings from the DBQs.

    This role STRICTLY focuses on Disability Assessments for Veterans. It does not involve treatment or medication prescription.

    The Licensed Psychologist will assess around 3 to 4 Veterans on a daily basis.

    This position is for an Independent Contractor.

    Schedule: Full-Time

    This position requires IN-PERSON presence.

    Requirements

    MRG Exams seeks a Licensed Psychologist who:

    • Holds a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program/school.
    • Has an active & unrestricted Psychology license.
