    Established in 1998, MRG specializes in Independent Medical Exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration.

    Job Overview

    • Would you appreciate reviewing medical records and conducting assessment questionnaires to assist Veterans?

    Description

    We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct medical assessments on U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

    In this role, you will electronically review behavioral health records via a secure Web Portal and conduct comprehensive in-person assessments with each Veteran.

    You will also fill out Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

    The Licensed Psychologist DOES NOT determine disability status; this is solely decided by the U.S. Veterans Administration, utilizing information from the DBQs.

    This position solely focuses on Disability Assessments for Veterans. You will NOT provide treatment or medication prescriptions.

    The Licensed Psychologist will assess an average of 3 (sometimes 4) Veterans per day.

    This role will be as an Independent Contractor.

    Schedule: Full-Time

    This position requires IN-PERSON presence.

    Requirements

    MRG Exams seeks a Licensed Psychologist who:

    • Holds a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program/school.
    • Has an active & unrestricted Psychology license.
    • Meets the VA's credentialing requirements.
