Lead development and execution of Branding and value prop strategies for the Bridgestone OTR business in products and solutions. Critical strategic partner for Marketing, Sales, Education and other members of the OTR Team and key leadership to ensure short term and long-term targeted branding, value prop work, new solutions offering and internal/external communications. Using real-time data for of demand, sales and share to adapt to relevant messaging and campaign to achieve financial targets. Lead in strategy and execution of B2B Internal and External facing events such as Global Tradeshow, National Sales Meeting and Strategic Dealer Meetings. Ensure cross collaboration and alignment toward long term North Star vision including clear direction for Education, FMS, and PR and Digital. **OTR Marketing Manager** work is B2B focused approach on identifying target customers and customizing marketing messages/media channels/strategies/ and internal alignment to maximize product/brand appeal including:
**Responsibilities:**
Developing long term OTR branding strategies around the A/B/C North Star Framework working cross functionally and globally
Develop value prop and go to market strategies of new products, solutions offering and circular economy
Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior for each segment
Developing brand/product positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics and internal alignment on how we are positioning (e.g., company website, social media, publications, email, radio, face-to-face,
Work Cross functionally with Digital, Training and PR for internal alignment of product and messaging focus
Developing and implementing marketing strategies (e.g., advertising, informational webinars/blogs, direct marketing, trade shows/public events, online/in-store promotions, business customer relationship building, etc.)
Overseeing development and distribution of marketing materials and ensuring customer experience is in line with brand image and strategy
Building quantitative and qualitative KPIs and measuring effectiveness
**Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Training & Development**
Strong business acumen in the B2B space with deep understanding of channel and distribution
Strong partnership with field and distribution partners to understand changing market conditions
Critical thinker with ability to articulate business strategies and ensure operational excellence for execution
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization
Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders and be able to manage budgets, projects and forecasts

**Preferred Educational and/or Work Experience**
Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business/Economics
B2B experience preferred
+ Construction or Mining business plus
7 + years of continual growth in roles and responsibilities
