- Represent the company in national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients
- Originate and nurture business opportunities, presenting our client's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients' senior executives
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent
- Proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
- Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is a BIG plus
