to work closely with our Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, project scope, execution and completion of a project while managing the team, timelines and resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with Engineering team to ensure execution of projects while meeting, performance, quality and scheduling goals
5+ years of experience in Project Management
Proven ability to understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings and associated documents
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Exceptional communication skills and social awareness
Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role
A consulting background, lighting industry background, LC credential, PMP or other relevant industry certifications or registrations is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
