Description
Project manage a variety of HP branded peripheral product launches.

  • Manage, create and distribute full range of standard global digital assets supporting a product launch for commercial peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, and audio
  • Understand the importance of excellent value propositions and narratives that are focused on a personalized user experience with technology
  • Able to extract creative value propositions and product stories that help the sales force educate our partners in an exciting and enticing way
  • Plan the strategy for product launches, strategizing the best timing and companion products, 12 months+ in advance
  • Evangelize products internally with employees in the way of interesting launch announcements and internal launch events
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easytograsp experiences instead of specs for our sales team and customers
  • Work closely with Product Managers to thoroughly understand the products to create experiencebased product narratives and engaging sales training materials
  • Manage and track deliverables produced within the team and/or WW Marketing and agencies to meet deadlines.
  • Work directly with agencies, graphic designers, and other creatives to offer ideation, direction, and creative feedback on innovative sales training deliverables
  • Think outofthebox and collaborate to create marketing/training materials that will engage and excite our sales team and channel partners about our products.
  • Ensure proper integration of NPI content into HP content systems and sales tools.
  • Keep regular communication with your stakeholders, including market category leads and product managers.
  • Leading Customer Presentation Meetings at local CWC.
  • Plan and lead Vertical Solutions decks to elevate the Peripherals experience (i.e) education, security, ergonomics.
  • Participate in External Customerfacing Events
  • CES, Amplify, Enterprise Connect, etc.
  • Assist with overall product launch training, narratives, showcases for internal audiences like employees, partners, category team members and sales.
  • Track inventory of samples and work across team with other NPI leads within Hybrid Systems on a variety of projects for New Product Introduction.

_ Education and Experience Required:

  • College degree in Marketing/Business/ Technical and MBA preferred.

_ Knowledge and Skills:
_


  • Knowledgeable of assigned product/solution and customer requirements for the product.
  • 5 years of demonstrated knowledge of product marketing fundamentals.
