As the
VP of AI Product Management
& Portfolio Planning you will be responsible to lead a team of professionals focused on developing and driving future cutting edge AI enabled experiences centered around the client PC, developing and leading an AI Experience Center for client PCs.

Additionally, this role is responsible to leading cross-organization large language model PC optimization.

This organization drives end to end AI/ML workflow & plays a key role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge ML platform.

You will work with customers, open-source users, and internal experts to define our AI product experiences and roadmap.

You will collaborate with product designers and engineers to scope intuitive, elegant, and functional new features, work cross-functionally with our engineering team to deliver those features to our customers.

Additionally you will have responsibility for doing portfolio planning of key segments and technologies. Finding the right intersection of customer need and technology fit.


Responsibilities

  • Leads, drives and provides approach for designing the end to end strategy for a suite of product portfolios that can be leveraged across the business
  • Leads global teams responsible to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the AI experiences, solutions & product vision, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet our AI strategy
  • Develops an integrated strategy and roadmap
  • Continually ideates around how to make large and incremental changes to products, services, and processes.
  • Thoughtfully leads complex, crossfunctional solutions to automate, standardize, optimize and centralize work to enhance the employee experience across all geographies.
  • Defines and creates a highperformance culture including a consistent approach to service level agreements, key performance indicators, and performance reporting.
Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in technical area or demonstrated competence.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience.
  • Advanced relationship management skills with experience building, leveraging, and managing relationships with senior executives. Ability to influence and negotiate.
Deep knowledge of the product planning process.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Customerfocused and ability to motivate and influence key decision makers.
  • Ability to scale systems and processes in a highgrowth, highchange environment.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with the ability to lead, implement, and facilitate change.
  • Approachable, highly engaged management style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interface with CEO and external partner C-Suites
  • Prior experience in AI product management/planning highly desired.
  • Strong engineering knowledge or background desired
  • Prior experience as a people manager, leading & managing teams toward a common goal.
  • Superior understanding of product design and execution management
  • Strong record of customer empathy
