    Description

    The Apparel Designer will be responsible for bringing fresh and innovative graphics and CADS as well as relevant and volume driving concepts on a seasonal basis. You will be responsible for the conceptualization and creation of artwork and every day fashion styles that merchandise across tees, bottoms, knits, and some denim. This brand can be found at retailers like Revolve, Shopbop, and Anthropologie.

    • Create detailed CADs
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into visual representations.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all CAD designs, adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards.
    • Demonstrate exceptional speed and efficiency in CAD creation without compromising on the quality of work.
    • Responsible for analyzing trends and develop creative, innovative, market leading styles within defined merchandising concepts
    • Design and create graphics primarily related to t-shirts and sweatshirts
    • Present all seasonal cad presentations, collaborate with Sales on feedback/needs, along with cross functional design partners for other categories
    • Work with brand merchants to ensure alignment across categories/channels, while capitalizing on key market trends to identify new / brand right opportunities
    • Have an in-depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and product, specifically related to graphic design direction
    • Ensure products are delivered in time and aligned with the broader product development calendar
    • Manage time and action calendar to meet all deadlines
    • Products delivered built in full, on time seasonally, hitting calendar and margin targets
    • Cultivate your continued passion for art and graphic design

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • experience in graphic design
    • Portfolio or website submission when applying
    • Detailed experience in screen printing process, application and techniques
    • Creative, extremely detail oriented, and highly motivated team player
    • Incredible attention to detail and highly organized
    • Deadline driven
    • Flexible, ability to adapt to change
    • Advanced ability with Mac OS
    • Advanced ability with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
    • Intermediate ability with Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Intermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
    • Passion for art, design and cultural trends
