    Description

    Director of Operations

    Recruiting for this position is managed by Corps Team on behalf of our client. This is a full-time, direct hire employee role with great benefits. Candidates must be local to Cape Coral, FL, and able to work on-site.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with senior managers to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
    • Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and collaboration.
    • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes.
    • Utilize relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors to make operational decisions.
    • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for efficient operations.
    • Devise strategies for program growth and implement process improvements.
    • Adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations.
    • Work with project managers on financial and budget planning.
    • Analyze and recommend improvements to operational processes.
    • Evaluate business procedures, apply improvements, review financial information.
    • Manage relationships with partners and vendors, execute projects.
    • Fulfill strategic business plans presented by the CEO.
    • Communicate with management teams to direct company processes.
    • Meet or exceed operational goals for the year.

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. MBA or related Master's Degree a strong plus.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years in senior leadership role in natural health and wellness industry.
    • Working knowledge of health supplement industry regulations.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of operational functions, best practices, and principles.
    • Ability to manage operational processes efficiently.
    • Experience in system selection and implementation.
    • Proven ability in budget management and negotiation.
    • Data analysis and performance metrics knowledge.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Work independently and in cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Motivated with the capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
