- Daily operations of large, multi-state, retail/industrial/facilities portfolio with high call volume
- Management of repairs, service contracts, risk, records, reporting, collections, budget administration, lease and legal document review and interpretation
- 5 years minimum experience in commercial property management and construction/maintenance
- California Real Estate license
- Thorough understanding of real estate contracts and retail/industrial commercial leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients, tenants, vendors, co-workers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize using available technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Yardi Voyager experience (with Payscan and Commercial Café preferred)
- Must be highly organized with good decision-making skills
- College degree and professional real estate certification preferred

About the Position:
We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team
Timing:
Immediate
PROPERTY MANAGER
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio including but not limited to:
· Bid, compare, draft service contracts,
· Manage property to budget,
· Receivable collection,
· Evaluate property for risk reduction and identify capital improvement needs,
· Provide excellent tenant, vendor, client relations,
Prepare:
· Annual operating budget
· Quarterly financial reports
· Annual cam budget statements and reconciliations,
· Perform lease administration,
· Prepare billing adjustments,
· Review property accountant entries for accuracy,
· Review and approve invoices in Yardi;
Provide assistance to the Facility Management team, as needed, to ensure:
· accurate budgets,
· accurate quarterly reporting,
· Development of scopes,
· Project manage for special projects and large (capx) projects for property and facility portfolios as assigned,
· Collaborate with Facility Manager on bulk bid services to achieve cost savings and efficiencies,
· Travel for property inspection/client relations shared with Facility Manager and Asset Manager,
· Support team as needed;
Other duties as assigned.
