We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager for Existing Properties (m/f/d) to join our technical property management team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities As a Technical Project Manager for Existing Properties (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:
Independently carrying out and coordinating planned maintenance measures in the area of technical systems (HLS, electrical, BMS/MSR, etc.). Supervising and coordinating energy renovation measures as part of our sustainability strategy to achieve national climate protection goals.

For larger projects:
managing and controlling external partners (such as architecture and engineering firms or our FM service providers). Creating technical budget plans. Monitoring warranty periods (warranty management).

Your profile Ideally, you have a degree in engineering in the fields of supply engineering or energy and building technology.

Alternatively, you have completed a vocational training in the field of technical building equipment and have gained experience
