Property Manager for Single Family and Multi Family Homes - Full Time

Do you have experience managing condos and townhomes for separate owners?

What about smaller apartments for separate owners?

NOT an Onsite position. Opening for full time Property Manager in fast growing property management company. We manage single family homes, condo's, townhomes and smaller apartment buildings. You must have experience in managing independently owned single family homes, condos and townhomes.


Requirements:

• MUST have worked a minimum of 2 years as either an Assistant Property Manager and/or a Property Manager in a SINGLE FAMILY, CONDO and TOWNHOME RESIDENTIAL Property Management Office.
• MUST have a valid California Drivers License and clean driving record.
• MUST be proficient in Winforms/CAR Forms and Docusign.
• HELPFUL: Experience with Appfolio Property Management Software
• HELPFUL: Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish)

Compensation depending on experience - $24-$26 per hour, full time.
